Raise the Red Lantern

Well, just like the Chinese we continued celebrating the New Year. The Chinese New Year is generally celebrated over two weeks. We figured, heck, Griffin's not going to fit into his Chinese Dragon outfit much longer...let's keep the party going! His stylish threads had both the Asians and non-Asians wowed.

We went to the New Year's festivities at The Huntington Library and Gardens. They are in the process of creating a new Chinese Garden which will be amazing when it is is done. Click the link to find out more.

The cast is now off and Griffin enjoyed running around the gardens. He seems to already have moved on from the broken arm. Ah, youth and resilience! He met up with one of his playgroup buddies, Jackson, and they had a blast.
